This thoughtful program for Halifax Banking customers won several Gold DMA & Drum awards in 2022.

On the money was Halifax’s CRM platform designed to help customers grow their financial confidence. Statistically 47% of the UK adult population do not feel confident enough to make sound financial decisions. So way before the cost of living crisis, we helped Halifax Bank live up to their promise of being by the side of customers by creating this always on CRM program that gradually built knowledge, know-how and confidence within their customer base.
